I am an out-of-network provider (OON) and can provide monthly superbills for you to submit directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Every insurance carrier is different in what they will contribute towards out of network coverage. Please contact your insurance to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Individual sessions are $160. Group sessions are $60.
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy for individual sessions. If cancelling within 24-hours of your session, a late cancellation fee of the full cost of session will be charged.
No, however I highly encourage folks to do their own individual therapy alongside their group work if possible. Combined, both individual and group therapy can be very powerful.
I ask for a 3-month minimum commitment for group members
